Leave For Schedule View

The Leave Requests option provides a snapshot of leave requests by employee, schedule, time span, status and leave type. Leave Requests are always listed at the top. 

As employees enter leave requests into StaffReady, administrative users can approve, deny, and edit these requests from the Leave Requests Color Bar of the Welcome View. The Time Span filter within the Leave Requests menu allow you to quickly change which dates of leave request periods that are displayed within the Leave Requests table. You can also sort and filter the contents of the table by employee name, schedule, time span, status, or leave type.

When a new leave request is being reviewed by the schedule administrator, the Leave For Schedule option shows all leave requests by department and schedule, with a list of the total number of employees that are already scheduled for leave on that calendar day.
